Chef Pertamawati or also known as Chef Etha is an Indonesian-born Chef, who has expanded her culinary adventure to various nations such as Maldives, Qatar, and St. Vincent & Grenadines Caribbean. Not only proving her competence through an impeccable career, but Chef Etha also received numerous notable awards and recognitions, including being the first woman Executive Chef of Marriott International Indonesia in the year 2021. With an undivided commitment and more than 20 years of working experience, Chef Etha is ready to elevate the culinary standard of Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay to new heights.
